Delete your account & data

You are always in control of your data. You can delete everything at any time, in two ways.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open PcodPal and go to Cloud Backup.

Tap Delete cloud backup to permanently remove your backup and any stored photos from the cloud.

To also remove the data held on your phone, simply uninstall the app — all local data is erased with it.
Option 2 — Request full account deletion by email
To delete your entire account (your sign-in account, cloud backup, any stored photos and your purchase records), email us from the address you signed up with:
Send to support@pcodpal.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your cloud backup document and all backed-up health data (encrypted).
- Any prescription and lab-report photos stored in the cloud.
- Your sign-in account (Google / Apple / email) and unique account ID.
- Your entitlement / purchase-unlock record.
- Local data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
What we may keep (and why)
We may retain minimal records only where the law requires it — for example, a payment/transaction record that Google Play or Apple requires for tax and accounting. This does not include your health data, which is deleted.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an
encrypted backup you still want, restore it to your device before deleting.
